Awakning Jewelry wants you to love your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item we are here to help.
All of the countries we deliver to are covered by our return policy/refund guarantee for 30 days after delivery (60 days during the Christmas period). This guarantee allows you to retract if you have changed your mind, send it back to us without giving any reason and ask for a full refund of your order.
In addition, we extend the right of withdrawal to a right of exchange valid throughout the same period. So, if you want to exchange a product for another size or model, you can do it once.
To be entitled to these guarantees, the product and its box must be in perfect condition before being returned to us and show no signs of wear or use. The cost of returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer but the cost of shipping the new product will be assumed by Awakning Jewelry within the limit of one exchange.

To facilitate the exercise of your right of withdrawal, we have simplified the procedure to help you request your refund or exchange.
For a refund, all you need to do is provide us with: your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return and your choice to be refunded.
For an exchange, you must provide us with: your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to exchange and the name of the product(s) you want with its/their size.
Please note that any return/exchange made by the customer must be approved in advance by customer service.

If we have agreed to a return under the right of withdrawal, the legal guarantee of conformity, the guarantee against hidden defects or for an exchange, here is the information you need to make your return correctly :
- You will be able to send the items back to the address we deem most appropriate for your return, which we will communicate to you in our agreement email.
- You must send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of our return agreement.
- The item(s) must be returned meeting the same packaging standards used for shipping.
- You may use your preferred carrier and method of return.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. In case of return under the legal guarantee of conformity or the guarantee against hidden defects, these costs will be refunded up to a maximum limit. For this purpose, you will need to provide us with proof of your expenses.
For more information on the maximum return costs refundable for the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee for hidden defects, you can consult the "Article 10.7 Return Shipping Cost" for the first guarantee, and the "Article 11.7 Return Shipping Cost" for the latter.

Since our customers are located internationally, we cannot know the return shipping costs and track them. It is therefore the responsibility of our customers to check with their local post office on the costs they will have to assume for their return.
If your return is made within the framework of the legal guarantee of conformity or the guarantee relating to the hidden defects, please keep the receipt mentioning the return shipping costs you will have to assume, so that we can reimburse you in accordance with our maximum refund. For more information on this refund limit, you can consult the "Article 10.7 Return Shipping Cost" for the first guarantee, and the "Article 11.7 Return Shipping Cost" for the second.
